And I totally agree - why would anyone want to take on more work than the CS program gives them to be an ACM Officer?

Well, how about something like a site license key for free for taking on an officer position? TextMate has 30 person site licenses for about $759, for example (~$25/person).

Any other perks people can think of besides money?
